RETURNS :
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of merchandise are not permitted for return. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not permitted for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund was approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited within
a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've completed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at z.lachance10@gmail.com.
Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at z.lachance10@gmail.com and send your item to: 480 13th Avenue North, Sherbrooke, QC, J1E 2Y4, Canada.
Gifts :
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.
Shipping :
To return your product, mail it to the following address: 480 13th Avenue North, Sherbrooke, QC, J1E 2Y4, Canada.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for your return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
